Buffy

After watching the episode in class, I was somewhat confused. I can't decide what is real and what is fake. I really don’t know much about Buffy, other then what we have watched in class. I can only imagine what Buffy is going through right now. I don’t think I could kill my own friends just because someone tells me that the last six years of my life hasn’t been real. Trying to decipher reality from “dreams,” would be extremely difficult.

I though this episode was better then Hush. It kept me interested the entire time and I honestly didn't know what was going to happen. I started off thinking that the Mentle Instatution was fake, then moved toward it being real, and finally at the end thinking that it was fake again. Good episode to watch in class.

  1. I felt kind of stupid not knowing what was real, till I read some blogs and realized EVERYONE was thrown off by this episode. It kept us on our toes which made us want to pay attention.

  2. I think it was their aim to leave us questioning. Will we believe in Buffy from here on out? Or is it going to cause us to stop watching the show entirely out of protest?

  4. This episode definately kept my attention just because I never knew which world was real that Buffy was living in.

  5. Everyone has been saying the same thing about being confused. This episode was pretty confusing if you didn't pay attention or know Buffy overall. I did like it because it gave me another perspective about her. It showed how Buffy had a difficult younger life besides her teenage years.

  6. Dreams can seem every real. There's times where I've woken up from sleep and could have sworn what i was visioning was really happening. I can see why Buffy's dream (whichever was real) seemed so real as well.
